After years working in high-pressure environments, managing a practice, and navigating burnout firsthand, I realized most advice doesn't hold up in real life.
So I built a framework that combines clinical insight, nervous system work, and practical tools that actually work under pressure.
The Turning Point
Like many high-performers, I pushed through exhaustion, believing that success required sacrificing my health. What looked like success on the outside wasn't working behind the scenes.
Eventually, that stopped working. Burnout forced me to rethink everything: how I worked, how I recovered, and what real performance actually looks like.
That shift became the foundation of everything I teach today.
